Company Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to provide facilities, lease, workplace, project management, logistics and office administration support to our premises in Hong Kong and Worldwide Offices globally in achieving business needs 
  • Procurement and vendor management of general office administration services and supplies to deliver quality services in a cost effective manner 
  • Plan and allocate budget effectively to ensure necessary systems, equipment, services and facilities are in place and in compliance with all administration-related ordinances.
  • Undertake any other duty, special assignment and project as directed by the Management

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration / General Administration / Facilities Management or relevant discipline
  • Professional qualification of CFM / BIFM or equivalent is an advantage
  • 10 years of working experience in office administration or facilities management in multinational companies of which at least 2 years in department head level 
  • Prior experience in lease management
  • Good knowledge of workplace and office building safety guideline and statutory requirement
  • Strong planning, implementation and inter-personal skills, with an eye on details
  • Strong organization and decision making abilities, and able to work independently
  • Good people and project management skills, a strong team player
  • High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong PC skills, especially in MS Excel and Word
