Manager, EMBA Marketing and Admissions

Manager, EMBA Marketing and Admissions (at the rank of Executive Officer) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 522733) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree, with at least 3 years’ work experience preferably in the field of marketing and/or student admissions in a tertiary education sector.  They should be mature, detail-oriented, self-motivated and results-driven professionals with familiarity in WeChat article writing, Xiumi layout and social media platforms; proficiency in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and MS Office applications; an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); great organisational, communication and interpersonal skills; a strong sense of responsibility; and the ability to multitask under pressure and tight deadlines, as well as to work well independently and in a team.  Relevant experience in the admissions and marketing functions for EMBA, DBA or other executive education programmes would be highly preferred.  Work experience of student admissions and administration, and skills in marketing and business development would be an advantage.  

The appointee will be responsible for handling marketing work; sharing some admission work when the team is busy with admission work; WeChat and social media promotion for the programme; website management; providing regular reports on admissions data; handling WeChat enquiries; designing simple poster/festive card; assisting in planning and implementing admissions events to boost recruitment; and performing other duties as assigned.  He/She will work at the Faculty’s Cyberport campus, and may be required to work outside normal office hours and on weekends occasionally.  Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview. 

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
