Company Overview

Job Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and supervise AXA's overall social media and content strategies, and align with key line-of-business owners, agency channels and stakeholders in regular basis to achieve the company's business needs
  • Lead the team and manage vendors to deliver quality content though social platforms, includes but not limit to Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, website blog, etc.
  • Formulate and implement social media initiatives and campaigns to enhance brand presence and drive fans acquisition and engagements
  • Continue to build the brand's thought leadership though branded content
  • Leverage on global partnership with Liverpool Football Club to build brand's awareness and drive social engagement
  • Manage social media communities, handle users' enquiries to ensure the process comply with audit and compliance regulations.
  • Perform social listening in various social platforms such as facebook, Instagram, wechat, forums and google, etc. Work with internal teams to perform crisis management and minimize the brand reputation risk
  • Optimize performance and extract insight from data and monitoring tools to ensure the highest ROIs
  • Extend footprint on ad channels popular among MCV (e.g. RED or TikTok) and assist in GBA's initiatives for fuelling business
  • Stay abreast of industry, online marketing and social media trends with utilising social monitoring and listening tools

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance or a related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of marketing or content publishing with agency background, related to the insurance, finance or health care industry is a plus
  • Strong Proven Track record of launching digital marketing campaigns & social media management, content marketing showcases with the usage of facebook, Instagram and WeChat, SEO
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skill and good business senses
  • Attention to details, multi-tasking, self-initiative and result-oriented
  • A good team player
  • Good project management skills
  • Mainland Chinese Marketing Experience / background is preferable
  • Strong PC skills especially PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
