This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for the project management of Contract of SkyBridge/ Intermodal Transfer Terminal
• Responsible for effective and efficient project management of Civil and Structural works, including overall project planning and monitoring of statutory, safety, quality, construction support as well as financial aspects of Civil/ Structural works
• Review of statutory submissions and technical reports
• Identify design and construction issues and liaise with relevant parties to provide effective engineering solutions
• Conduct contract administration including review of contractor’s submission, assessment on contractor’s claim etc.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with professional qualification in Civil/Structural Engineering or related disciplines
• Professional qualification in Civil or related disciplines gained from recognized professional bodies is required
• At least 10 years’ relevant working experience, including minimum 4 years’ experience in project management role
• Experience in the management of civil and structural design, planning, construction and site supervisory works
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application
• Holder of a valid HK driving license (Class 1, 2) is preferred
