Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and maintaining service and business partnerships to enhance YF Life’s product and service offerings, improve customer experience and engagement, create business synergies, expand distribution, and support business growth.
- Conduct regular market research and analysis on value-added services and promotions to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously enhancing program features and improving customer engagement.
- Manage end-to-end partner relationships from initial scoping, research and viability assessment, partner sourcing, evaluation, negotiations, coordination with internal departments, deployment, launch, content development, maintenance, user-acceptance testing, internal briefings, to post-launch maintenance, effectiveness measurement, and continuous improvement.
- Lead the deployment of partnership projects, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure the deployment of services, continuous maintenance, post-launch support, and internal alignment.
- Understand customer needs to derive customer experience strategies and plans, driving the adoption and engagement of value-added services.
- Design and implement analytics to measure and optimize the results of deployed services and partnerships, focusing on strategic ROI.
- Develop and execute customer promotion campaigns, supporting the entire campaign process from preparing specifications and marketing materials, logistics support, user-acceptance testing, to campaign fulfillment, and results measurement.
Requirements:
- University degree preferably in Business and Marketing.
- 7 – 10 years relevant experience, preferably in insurance or financial product marketing, project management, business development.
- Experience in partnership development, project management, promotion campaign management, from planning to implementation and marketing materials development is preferred.
- Knowledge in insurance and value-added services market preferred. Strong analytical, project management skills.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
- Creative, good team player organized and attentive to details, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
