The Role:

Design and deliver a comprehensive strategic plan for business development activities that align with the Company’s objectives and growth plans. Build and manage relationships with existing and potential investors.

Responsibilities:

• Source and develop new institutional, venture capital, family office, and high net worth investors; 
• Manage investor relationships through regular meetings, calls, responding to requests and inquiries. Provide exceptional experience to investors through investment life cycle;
• Organize investor road-shows and meetings to present new investment opportunities to investors;
• Conceptualize and organize events/conferences/workshops to attract new investors;
• Create initiatives to build and grow the company brand and ensure consistent corporate image for investor relations communications;
• Keep an up to date database of the investor universe – existing and prospective investors, key people and stakeholders. 

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of investor relations/business development/fund raising experience with proven expertise ideally from either real estate or financial services industries;
• Solid relationships across a range of institutional investors, family offices, and high net worth investors; 
• Possess a strong track record in achieving/exceeding fund raising target;
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese is necessary, Putonghua is a plus;
• Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills. Ability to clearly and concisely articulate investment opportunities to investors; 
• Strong work ethic and able to work with integrity;
• Exposure in China market is an advantage;
• Flexibility to travel to investor meetings and events as required;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
