This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Deputy General Manager, Technical Services and supervise a team of Building Information Modelling (BIM) professionals to set up a BIM system to manage and control BIM system and deliverables
• Develop BIM system and guidelines, assist to establish framework of BIM execution plan and ensure proper implementation with all requirements met and incorporated in the BIM design and construction process
• Manage hardware and software resources for processing and managing BIM deliverables and prepare BIM models and drawings as a BIM Modeler
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and perform coordination tasks on reviewing models in holistic manner and advising resolution on conflicts found
• Provide support to develop other associated integrated facility management systems
• Deliver departmental training to promote the established BIM system and enable relevant staff to manage and develop the system 

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil/ Structural/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, Building or other related disciplines with at least 10 years' relevant working experience, of which minimum of 4 years related to BIM and CADD application in project management
• Professional qualification in BIM/ Civil/ Structural/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Buildingor other related disciplines gained from recognized professional bodies is an advantage
• Proven practical experience of BIM applications in managing multi-discipline projects
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with good communication, analytical and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications, various BIM platforms and BIM software applications
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
