Job Description

• To assist the senior management to handle issues including but not limited to e-commerce development and workflows computerization for internal departments
• To work closely with IT, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration and Workshop teams
• To acquire the IT market update and evaluate the feasibility of new IT technology application in the Company
• To prepare management reports and presentation materials
• To participate in ad-hoc projects

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Management Information System, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience with exposure in digital marketing and e-commerce is preferred
• Sound analytical mind with strong sense of responsibility
• Energetic, creative and able to think out of the box
• Proactive with "Can Do" attitude
• Good interpersonal & communications skills
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese, including Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Office, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
