Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing all aspects of marketing research and analysis to support business development
• Generate creative ideas for a wide variety of projects
• Assist in business related presentations and provide full range of professional and high-quality support to senior management
• Prepare business correspondence, agenda, business proposal and coordinate corporate events and meetings with internal and external parties
• Support corporate functions’ organization and coordination
• Assist in any ad hoc projects as required

Requirements

• Degree holder in any disciplines
• 1 - 2 years working experience (Fresh Graduates are warmly welcomed)
• Strong passion in developing your career in a progressive manner
• Pleasant & mature personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-minded, multi-tasking, flexible with critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Have good business acumen, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English & Chinese ( Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
• Immediate available is highly preferred
