Management Trainee Program 2018

The Management Trainee Program will run for a period of 18-month to cover the operations of different functional departments including Retail Operations, Cafe&Meal, Corporate Planning and Administration, Corporate Planning and Communication, Merchandising, Logistics & Inventory Control, Visual Merchandising, Accounting, Information Technology, Human Resources and Store Administration. The successful completion of the program will lead you to a position in middle management level.

University graduates with or without work experience are welcome to apply for the Management Trainee Program. You are required to have strong passion to retail service industry, with positive work attitude, good analytical mind and communication skill. On top of that, please make sure yourself is ready to get into an ever-changing and most challenging retail service industry, which involves tremendous workloads and irregular work hours.
