Company Overview
Responsibilities:
- Report to Quality Management Team and Steering Committee on matters related to the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Assist the Quality Management Team to coordinate with QMS Working Committee members in carrying out work related to development, implementation, certification, and maintenance of the QMS
- Be responsible for the control and continual improvement of QMS documentation in terms of registration, amendment and update, identification and automation, duplication, communication and distribution according to the procedures on Control of Documents
- Act as first point of contact for day-to-day enquiries in relations to documentation of the Company’s quality management systems, including but not limited to Corporate Policy, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ISO Manuals, Work Instructions (WIs) and forms
- Assist the Quality Management Team to coordinate regular QMS Steering Committee meetings, management review meeting, QMS/ISO trainings and internal/external audit in all Company’s airport lounges and other businesses, maintain up-to-date records of assessment reports, nonconformance records and corrective plans
- Assist the Quality Management Team to skim, scan and study ISO/QMS/Food Safety related news, articles and publications, and changes on statutory, regulatory and ISO requirements, recommend improvement to the QMS Steering Committee on matters related to QMS
- Assist in processing departmental expense sheets and invoices, scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas and taking minutes, keeping diaries and arranging appointments, organising travel for the team
- Participate in ad-hoc projects or assignments as instructed by the superiors
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Hospitality Management/Quality Management or related disciplines
- At least 3 years’ relevant working experience in Quality Management or related areas
- Solid experience in maintaining ISO 9001 Quality Management System
- Knowledge in other quality management systems, process and tools will be advantage
- Proficiency on MS Office including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project and SharePoint
- Good command of written/spoken English and Chinese
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to details, self-motivated with the ability to organise and handle multiple tasks
- Customer-service mindset with strong sense of responsibility
