What you will do:

• Prepare annual budget, monthly forecast, variance and gap analysis with recommendations;
• Develop and ensure accuracy and timeliness of management reporting, including actual vs. budget and forecast variance analysis to communicate forecast and changes;
• Work closely with management and cross functional team to improve financial and operational performance;
• Assist the regional function heads on data analytics and to interpret and communicate financial data to non-financial managers;
• Advise on the financial implications and consequences of business decisions;
• Analyze and comment on the monthly financial projection and performance analysis;
• Participate in ERP system projects;
• Support ad-hoc assignments as required.

What you will need:

• University graduate in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines;
• Professional qualification with HKICPA/ CIMA is preferred;
• >5 years of relevant working experience in management accounting and financial analysis;
• Experience with Oracle Netsuite a plus;
• Detail-minded, hands-on and able to multi-task;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision;
• An energetic, positive and bright personality;
• Well versed in MS Office, in particular MS Excel;
• Excellent in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua;
• A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required;
• Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural background and in different time zones;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
