Job Duties:

• Responsible for maintenance & repair works for all properties managed by the Company
• Conduct regular site inspection to monitor the progress of maintenance works and make necessary recommendations for improvement
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as required

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering
• Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience in building / estate maintenance
• EMSD electric license Grade A an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills, self-activity and able to work independently
