Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies for our network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and recommend appropriate preventive measures.
• Coordinate and oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment, including routers, switches, servers, and cabling systems.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity problems, collaborating with relevant teams to resolve any issues in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain documentation of network infrastructure, including diagrams, inventory, and maintenance records.
• Manage a team of technicians and provide guidance and support in their day-to-day activities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve network maintenance processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role, with a focus on network infrastructure.
• In-depth knowledge of network protocols, equipment, and technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve network issues.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a track record of successfully managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Relevant certifications, such as CCNA or CCNP, are highly desirable.
• PMP certification holder is an advantage.
