We are currently recruiting:

Responsibilities

• Oversee a wide range of maintenance support activities for building facilities systems / equipment specialized in Environmental Control System, LV Electrical Services, Fire, etc.
• Review the operational and maintenance practices, conduct system performance analysis, organise technical investigation and recommend safety & reliability improvement plan
• Coordinate outsourcing activities, manage maintenance contracts improvement work and plans, budgeting and cost control
• Conduct asset condition review, formulate and review asset replacement strategy, and prepare asset management reports
• Prepare maintenance & technical documents, handle safety and quality issues and implement improvement works
• Provide support to special management, engineering, technical or analysis study or review as required

Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Engineering or a related discipline
• A minimum of 8 years’ post-graduate relevant experience, of which 3 years should be at supervisory level
• Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills 

Remarks

• Candidates with higher qualification and prior experience in station systems will also be considered
• Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
