Description
As an M&A Associate 2-5 PQE, your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing legal advice on Mergers and Acquisitions transactions.
- Conducting legal research and analysis related to M&A transactions.
- Preparing, reviewing, and revising legal documents and contracts.
- Managing due diligence processes for M&A transactions.
- Advising on transaction structuring and implementation.
- Keeping up-to-date with legal developments in the M&A field.
- Communicating with clients and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of M&A transactions.
- Collaborating with a team of legal professionals within the company.
Profile
A successful M&A Associate 2-5 PQE should have:
- Hong Kong admitted
- Strong academics and drafting skills
- Experience in Mergers and Acquisitions transactions from a leading international firm. Candidates with SOE experience will be preferred.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese - native Mandarin ideally,
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
