Responsibilities:

• Assist manager to enhance logistics operations standards
• Ensure proper manpower utilization and improve effectiveness and efficiency of operations of the department
• Ensure all inventory transactions are properly recorded and maintain warehouse management system (WMS) for administration and automated material storage and retrieval
• Strict control of productivity performances
• Ensure logistics operations met the required KPI & ISO standard
• Review internal SOP, develop strategies, policies, guidelines and procedures to improve operational efficiency and streamline daily operation flow
• Implement and execute logistics strategies, include forecast on budget and cost control
• Review daily operational reports and make record for further analysis
• Review operation regularly and recommend improvement and action plan

Requirement: 

• F.7 or above, preferably with 5 years relevant experience in shipping/logistics industry with at least 2 years in supervisory level
• Experience in Fashion/ Retail operation is an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Good customer service
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Working location: Tin Shui Wai: 6 days work on shift / Tuen Mun

** Less experience will be considered as Assistant Logistics Supervisor**
