Responsibilities

- Monitoring overall day to day project operation

- Monitoring service level and performance of project teams

- Aid New Project Implementation and enhancement

- Tailor made report format for specific projects

- Verify Payment and Billing issuance

- Resolve immediate issues and report to seniors

- Organize resources to well support on-hand projects

- Major contact with sub-contractors or service provider

- General back up of project leaders

Requirements

- Diploma holder or above in Logistics Studies or related disciplines

- Min. 3 years working experience in air freight forwarding industry

- Hands-on PC skills in Microsoft Word and Excel

- Good communication and customer service skills

- Good team player with self-initiative

- Able to work independently

- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin

- Working Location: Yuen Long

- Immediate availability is an advantage

Less experience may be considered as Logistics Coordinator.

WORKING CONDITIONS

The office working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available
