THE COMPANY :
- European MNC forwarder, logistics and warehousing service provider
- We are looking for LOGISTICS MANAGER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to Logistics General Manager
- Manage and oversee the warehouse and daily operations of logistics management services.
- Lead 2 X Logistics Supervisor & 1 X Warehouse Supervisor
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
- Build and sustain good relationship with our customers and explore potential customers.
- Monitor and manage the performance of service providers to ensure excellent service is provided.
- Make constructive suggestion to management for continuous improvement.
- Set up and keep a good operations, document control and filing system within the department that can meet both the statutory requirement and ISO 9001.
- Work closely with warehouse departments to maintain all operating procedures, safety practices, training requirements and documentation and complied with rules and regulations.
- Tertiary education
- 8+ years work experience in logistics & forwarder company
- 5+ years in managerial or senior level
- Experienced in handling full set I/E shipping documents, customs declaration (Tradelink)
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Chinese
- Proficient in MS office; familiar with excel
- Mon to Fri 9am-6pm; Sat 9am-1pm (alternative Sat off after probation)
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Annual leave : 12 days
