Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of I/E shipping documents, the logistics flow for both local delivery in HK and international shipments including I/E in HK, China and overseas
• Responsible to develop & maintain Logistics Management & Tracking System
• Develop and execute logistic strategies to enhance operational efficiency by logistics arrangement and out stock control
• Liaise with the related parties to determine the cost-effective shipping methods for inbound and outbound shipments
• Responsible for vehicle maintenance and cleaning arrangement
• Manage the vehicle team to make sure the daily operation is smooth (Driver Arrangement, Delivery Arrangement)
• Prepare reports regularly on projects and logistics operations
• Assist and participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Shipping and Transport Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management is preferred
• Minimum 8 years’ experience with 3 years in managerial level
• Experience in I/E operation and familiar with using Telegraphic Transfer (TT)
• Good in computer skills such as Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin
• A good team player with excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and problems solving skills
• Independent, strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated
• Immediately available is highly preferred
