Job Responsibilities:

• Assist logistics team to improve and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of operation process
• Communicate closely with retail shops and wholesale partners for delivery schedule/ arrangement
• Coordinate with cross departments on logistics requirement and work with 3PL to facilitate smooth delivery to shop/warehouse on time
• Monitor new orders, delivery schedule, ensuring delivery qualities match with no variance
• Analyze capacity of 3PL for daily deliveries
• Handle discrepancies from delivery quantities, cancel order of return order
• Able to handle full set export document and trans-shipment and place booking with 3PL
• Provide inventory analysis for management and support on inventory records and stock take
• To provide performance reports as according to Managers' requirement
• Support any ad hoc duties, e.g. projects assigned by management team
• Support inbound shipment. Follow up on arrival schedule. Cross check receive qualities with transfer order
• Internal system adjustment if needed
• Maintain/ updated SOP 

Job Requirements:

• Degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Transportation & Logistics or other related disciplines
• With 2-3 years of working experience in Logistics/ Transportation related aspects
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Experience in handling L/C is preferred
• In-depth knowledge om warehousing and inventory
• Self-motivated, reliable, independent, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Immediate available or within short notice is highly preferred
