Responsibilities
Manage logistics customer accounts
Handle customer’s inbound and outbound orders (import, export, warehousing and delivery)
Follow up customer’s inquiries and complaints
Coordinate with different departments for daily activities
Prepare billing information in timely manner
Prepare report(s) for per individual customer’s requirement
Requirements
F6 or above
1-2 year relevant working experience is preferred. Working experience in freight forwarding company with warehousing service experience is advantage (more experience is also considered as Logistics Supervisor)
Computer proficiency in word processing, data processing and e-mail software. Experience of using WMS is advantage
Independent, have strong sense of responsibility, trustworthy
Good communication skill and able to work under pressure
Good inter-personal skills and able to perform in a teamwork environment
Good in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Working Location: Kwai Chung
Immediate availability is an advantage

The office working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available
