Responsibilities:

• Dealing with HKEX, SFC and other regulatory organizations for all compliance and licensing matters;
• Directly report to Chairman of the company;
• Develop and monitor compliance related policies and procedures as well as proper internal control to ensure that Company is compliant with regulations;
• Develop, draft and review a broad range of legal documents, announcement, notice, board resolutions, shareholders resolutions and other company secretary documents in both English and Chinese;
• Work with external parties such as lawyers and auditors;
• Perform ad-hoc assignments or projects as required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Law or relevant disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in securities firms (RA1 is a must, RA 2/3/9 is a plus), financial institutions or regulatory bodies and with at least 1 year supervisory experience;
• Familiar with the SFC & HKEX rules and regulations is a MUST;
• Cantonese speaker, proficient in both written English and Chinese;
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing (at least 25 wpm)
