Job Duties:

• To be responsible for leasing and tenancy administration tasks including tenancy and renewal agreements, relevant reports and documents;
• To provide quality customer service including handle enquiries, site visits, negotiation and reservation; liaise with operation team to make business running smooth;
• To monitor daily leasing operations; analysis and monitor occupancy, revenue, rates, trends, and market competition;
• To assist in planning of on-going sales-driven promotions and marketing strategy including ad-hoc projects;

Requirement

• F.7 or above with at least 2 years relevant experience in leasing or sales and marketing;
• Familiar with leasing procedures and relevant legal documentation preferred;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Proficiency in computer, MS Office operation and Chinese word processing;
• Strong network and good relationship with property agents;
• Strong initiative, good interpersonal and communication skills with customer-oriented mindset;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
