Responsibilities:
- Handle all leasing activities including but not limited to tenancy negotiation, rental list update, lease administration
- Coordinate premises takeover and handover and renovation projects
- Manage tenant’s complaints and enquires
- Liaise with property agents and explore new tenants through business development
- Prepare accounting records and execute rental collection procedures
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with building management for property management matters
- Attend to ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Diploma in related disciplines, degree holder is an advantage
- Minimum 2 year working experiences preferably in Leasing / Property Management
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multi-tasks and able to work under pressure
- Proactive, independent, with good analytical and interpersonal skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Immediate availability is preferred
