In this position you are expected to:

• Assist in leasing activities including tenancy administration and leasing negotiation
• Conduct market research and analysis for commercial, residential and retail properties
• Build good relationship with existing and potential clients
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

The ideal person:

• Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience preferably gained from property developers or property agencies
• Self-initiated, creative and with good interpersonal skill
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
