The Job

• To assist Chief Leasing Manager in implementing the business and leasing strategies including new letting and lease renewal within the Group’s portfolio in both Hong Kong and China
• To conduct market research in different retail trades and analyse for business intelligence especially in fashion and cosmetic trade categories
• To co-ordinate with tenants and internal stakeholders in respect of supporting marketing campaigns
• To lead and manage Leasing Officers in respect of all leasing tasks

The Requirement

• University graduate with related discipline or business subjects
  
• A minimum of 8 years or above working experience with landlords or property developers, previous experience in handling retail leasing for shopping centres at prime location.  
• Applicants with experience in working with fashion, cosmetic and beauty brands in their business operation or opening new shop outlets will also be considered
• Familiar with Landlord and Tenant Consolidation Ordinance (LTCO) and leasing procedures
• Good written and spoken English & Chinese
• Proactive and self-motivated, have strong business sense and market awareness
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Manager
