Responsibilities:

• Manage a complex portfolio with Industrial/ Residential/ Commercial
• Assist in development and implementation of leasing and marketing strategies to achieve portfolio objectives
• Identify and negotiate new leasing opportunities/ manage expiring leases to maximize rental income
• Prepare financial analysis for justification of leasing transactions
• Conduct marketing strategies, market research, and data analysis of leasing data for consolidation into reports
• Work with relevant internal teams on preparation of leasing documents and approvals. Work with Property Management team to coordinate upgrade works of vacant premises and delivery of leased premises to customers
• Establish and develop relationships with leasing agents
• Pro-active approach to establish new contacts and relationships with key stakeholders in the market
• Assist to prepare leasing proposals for transactions requiring approval
• Any other duties as required by your supervisor or the Company

Requirements:

• Degree holder in surveying/business/real estate or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in leasing and marketing with proven track record in industrial / commercial or retail properties in Hong Kong.
• Strong negotiation in leasing of properties to deal with customers and agencies with good understanding of the leasing structure in the market
• A fast learner and willing to learn and adapt in fast paced environment
• A good team player
• Computer literate and numerically astute
• Good knowledge of excel spreadsheet in preparing reports and analysis
• Those with less relevant experience will be considered for the role of Assistant Leasing Manager
