A Hong Kong Renowned Developer is looking for a Leasing Manager to manage their shopping malls

About the Role

• Manage a portfolio of commercial portfolio
• Supervise a team to ensure members align with company's direction
• Supervise and formulate strategic planning on leasing matters, e.g. lease negotiation, tenancy relationship etc
• Develop and maintain close network of contacts within the real estate industry
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Prepare leasing reports and provide regular updates to management on leasing activities and market trends

The successful applicants

• Degree or above in Real Estate, Property Management or other related disciplines
• 8 years or above commercial leasing experience, track record of shopping mall is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office
• Good negotiation and analytical skill on resolving problems independently and confidently
