We are a new law firm in Hong Kong which is a member of a global network of independent law firms, comprised of over 2,400 legal professionals in more than 80 countries. We are now inviting applications to join our new Hong Kong Office for the following job opportunities: -

• Corporate commercial lawyers with NQ to 3 years PQE and solid experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and/or general corporate and commercial matters
• Senior Private Wealth & Trust Lawyer with at least 4 years PQE
• Trainee Solicitor. Transfer of traineeship and 2nd year trainee applicants will also be considered 

Desired Attributes: -

• We are looking for someone with passion about being part of a new venture
• Able to work independently and have good technical legal skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including the ability to draft in Chinese and speak Putonghua)
