We are looking for aspiring and suitably qualified individuals to join our Capital Works Business Unit (CWBU), where we work with our stakeholders to create sustainable transport solutions for the community, and we care for our staff and provide a great place to work.

Responsibilities

•  Assist in the administration of land related issues associated with new railway projects 
• Coordinate with key stakeholders on land acquisition issues, including checking land status, estimating land costs, liaising with relevant parties, formulating railway gazettal documents, preparing contract documents, as well as arranging site handover during the planning and construction of railway projects 

Requirements 

• Degree in Civil Engineering / Estate Surveying / Surveying or a related discipline  
• A minimum of 4 years' relevant experience gained in the construction industry 
• Good command of written and spoken English 
• Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised professional institution is preferred 

Remarks 

• Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
