Description
- Review and verify KYC client account data across platforms.
- Update and align account information based on client documentation.
- Escalate exceptional cases to stakeholders and document the agreed-upon approach.
- Assist the account management project in establishing systematic controls and processes to ensure data quality across platforms.
- Maintain project tracking and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Support the account management project with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree holder of business administration or relevant discipline
- Relevant of working experience in KYC field under private banking sector
- Fresh graduate with good internship experience is also welcomed
- Strong attention to detail, technical skills with clear and logical manner
- Work collaboratively with team member
- Strong quick learning ability to understand policies, procedures, systems, process and controls
- Excellent of written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
