Client Details

Our client offers a distinctive range of skincare products tailored for individuals with sensitive skin. With a presence in over 10 countries across Asia and Europe, they are expanding their fast-growing team and are looking for a Key Account Executive.

Description

  • Retail Key Account Management:

- Foster and maintain robust relationships with key account buyers and senior management.

- Negotiate agreements, contracts, and trading terms to ensure a profitable and sustainable business model.

- Secure optimal product placement, planograms, and secondary displays in partner retailers.

- Oversee merchandising services to ensure flawless execution of in-store plans.

  • Sales and Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.

- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve annual targets.

- Enhance brand visibility through in-store marketing, events, pop-ups, and roadshows.

- Analyze sales performance regularly and adjust strategies to maximize results.

  • Customer Service and Support:

- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain strong relationships.

- Provide product training and support to key accounts to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

  • Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with local and regional teams (marketing, product development, logistics) to achieve sales and expansion goals.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to align strategies and drive business success

Profile

  • Education: Strong academic background with demonstrated high achievement.
  • Experience:2-3 years of experience in managing retail key accounts, preferably in retail pharmacies or chain stores. Relevant experience in other retail sectors is also welcome.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial operations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
