Description
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with key account buyers and senior management.
- Negotiate agreements, contracts, and trading terms to ensure a profitable and sustainable business model.
- Secure optimal product placement, planograms, and secondary displays in partner retailers.
- Oversee merchandising services to ensure flawless execution of in-store plans.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve annual targets.
- Enhance brand visibility through in-store marketing, events, pop-ups, and roadshows.
- Analyze sales performance regularly and adjust strategies to maximize results.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain strong relationships.
- Provide product training and support to key accounts to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Work closely with local and regional teams (marketing, product development, logistics) to achieve sales and expansion goals.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to align strategies and drive business success
