Description

• Consistently achieving ambitious business targets while optimizing trade spending and driving continuous improvement in sales and profitability, aligned with the company's strategic vision
• Providing comprehensive pre-and post-sales support to customers
• Implementing a dynamic sales strategy to maximize business opportunities and elevate product visibility at the point of sale
• Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, delivering the highest standard of professional customer service

Profile

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Preferably 3+ years of sales experience, with FMCG industry exposure being a distinct advantage
• An outgoing, team-oriented personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach
• A willingness to learn and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing
