Job Description
- Deliver hands-on instruction of the United Aquatic Education Learn to Swim Program at facilities operation by Splash Swimming Limited;
- Deliver instruction in respect to descripted water-safety and stroke techniques for achieving learning continuity and positive results;
- Ensure teaching areas are set up before each lesson and maintain the tidiness after the coaching session, lesson plans are followed and lesson attendance is accurately recorded;
- Prepare appropriate lesson plans, show initiative in improving lesson plans, and enhance teaching skills and interpersonal communication skills.
- Take an active role in promoting the Learn to Swim Program.
- Possess a valid AUSTSWIM swimming instructor certification or equivalent from an internationally recognized association;
- Possess a valid first aid and CPR certificate;
- Native English language would be an advantage; and
- Strong administrative skills with good command of Microsoft Office and Google Doc
