• Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Putonghua
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• A team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job description

• Provide full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support

• Handle independent correspondence and memorandum
• Schedule and maintain calendar of appointments and meetings
• Provide administrative support to engagement team
• Responsible for general office administrative duties including vendors’ management
• Perform day-to-day clerical duties and ad hoc assignments
