Summary:

We are currently seeking caliber candidates as a Junior IT Support, to be located in Hong Kong. The position will be responsible for handling project support on migration, relocation and software upgrade project

Job Description:

• Provide technical support service such as Desktop, Network, IP Phone / Cam, Printer / Scanners and common office used application.
• Maintain hardware and software asset management
• Administrate system accounts and perform backups
• Ensure network & system security is maintained at all times
• Answering issues and requests in the areas of desktop computing, networking, remote access, telecommunications, and enterprise applications
• Enhancement of company website and intranet
• Conduct administration tasks or ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• F.5 / DSE or above
• Knowledge of LAN / WAN and TCP / IP maintenance and troubleshooting
• Customer focused attitude and dedicated to problem solving
• Fresh graduates with good attitude will also be considered
• On-work training will be provided for less experienced candidates
