Summary:

We are currently seeking caliber candidates as a Junior IT Support, to be located in Hong Kong. The position will be responsible for handling project support on migration, relocation and software upgrade project

Job Description:

• Perform hardware and software installation;
• Troubleshoot technical problems of PCs, notebooks and printers;
• Support mobile device like Blackberry, iOS and Android;
• Support wireless network, conference room equipment and VoIP telephone system;
• Maintain IT inventory and assist in equipment purchase process;
• Update standard operation procedure and manual.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines 
• Fresh grad is welcomed
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese will be an advanced
• Good analytical and problem solving skills and a strong sense of responsibility
• Immediate availability will be an advantage
