We are hiring a legal professional to join the Investment Funds practice of a leading law firm, with a focus on regualtory funds matters.

Our client is a US headquartered law firm with a stable funds practice. They are growing their team by adding this additional headcount to provide further support at the junior-level.

Description

This role will support 1 Partner and 2-3 Associates in handling regulatory funds work, covering both non-contentious and contentious work, but with a focus on the contentious side. You will assist in being a key point of contact with regulatory bodies, drafting and reviewing various legal documents relating to the transactions/cases and handling work across multiple jurisdictions.

Profile

The ideal candidate will either be a Hong Kong Qualified NQ-1PQE Lawyer or an experienced Paralegal/Legal Manager. It is essential that the candidate has solid exposure in the funds practice, in particular a focus on regulatory funds work and handling contentious matters. Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is required.
