Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in sales administration or sales support (experience in electronic devices advantageous)
• Experience in the Japanese and Korean markets (highly preferred)
• Fluent in written and spoken Japanese, English, and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, including Power Pivot, Word, and PowerPoint)

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with sales companies, distributors, and internal department
• Proactively follow up with customers to maximize sales and ensure satisfaction
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets
• Manage customer inquiries, sales orders, forecasts, and database updates, coordinating sales and
• marketing activities
• Prepare sales budgets, reports, analyses, and business proposals/presentations
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Collaborate with internal departments and customers on new product development
