- We are looking for JAPANESE SPEAKING SALES COORDINATOR - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Work in a Team of 3 members
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationship with sales companies, distributors, and internal departmentS
- Proactively follow up with customers to maximize sales and ensure satisfaction
- Participate in developing and executing marketing strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets
- Handle customer inquiries, sales orders, coordinating sales and marketing activities
- Prepare sales budgets, reports, analyses and business proposals/presentations
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers on new product development
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- 3 years of experience in sales administration or sales support
- Proficient in Japanese, English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, including Power Pivot, Word and PowerPoint)
- Occassional business trips
- 5 days work
