THE COMPANY :- Japanese multinational company
- Brand owner, designer, manufacturer and marketer : building services equipment & systems
- Hong Kong office : sales office and technical service office for HK and Macau market
- We are looking for JAPANESE SPEAKING ADMIN ASST – with details as follows :
THE JOB :- Perform general office admin tasks such as maintaining records, managing office supplies, and organizing files.
- Participate in preparing shipping documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, export/import forms).
- Assist to liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouses to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.
- Translate documents, handle bilingual correspondence, and coordinate between Japanese and international teams or clients.
- Arrange meetings, travel schedules...etc
- Prepare internal reports, presentations, and other materials.
- Report to Office Manager
- Tertiary education is preferable
- Japanese N2 or above
- Proficient in English & Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
- Fresh graduates or 1-2 years work experience in office environment
- Experience in Japanese companies is a plus
- Interest in office admin work or shipping & logistics work
- No trips required
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary plus performance bonus

- Annual leave : 7 days (1st Yr) to 18 days (max)
