Specification:

• Taking the initiative by Team Lead to support projects and system fulfillment.
• Participate in project and on-site/remote implementation at the client
• Coordinate and perform work on client’s project according to requirements.
• Build and administer cloud applications and solutions,
• Provide production support.
• Troubleshoot and identify root cause, manage incidents to resolution
• Implement patch fix or preventive action
• Manage virtual servers and integrate automation processes,
• Plan and Coordinate implementation, upgrade, or decommission of IT systems
• Participate in planning, scheduling, and quality control of projects.
• Develop scripts to automate systems,
• Backup and recovery of data and systems.

Who are we looking for?

Tech:

• High Diploma or IVE in IT or relevant disciplines.
• Practical experience and knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange and M365.
• Hands on experience in Azure Cloud technologies (virtual desktop, Azure network, Azure virtual machine, etc..)
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, FTP, SMTP, SNMP, DHCP and APIs.
• Knowledge of virtualization: VMWare ESX/ESXi/KVM/Docker
• Knowledge of Azure and Alicloud environment a plus.

Person:

• Mature and Responsible individual, eager to absorb ever-evolving technology.
• Presentable with effective communication, good at customer handling.
• Individuals who can work autonomously, independent to hierarchy, strong team-supporting mentality.
• Competent in Cantonese and English, both verbally and in composition. Mandarin and other language is a bonus.
