Responsibilities: 

• Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical problems 
• Ensure successful backups are taken for all servers and business applications
• Follow and enforce Group IT compliance of policies
• Support user usage on in-house business application systems and ensure these systems are updated and managed\
• Maintain and setup healthy physical environment for PCs, printers, peripherals, server and network infrastructure

Job Requirement: 

• IT related Higher Diploma / Associate Degree / Bachelor Degree equivalent
• 3-5 years of IT server and network infrastructure administration related experience required
• Knowledge in Windows Server 2008 / 2012 / 2016, MS Windows 7/10, Office365, Veritas Backup Exec
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure and related network products
• Hands-on experience in Cisco network switch and ASA firewall
• Hands-on experience in VMWare vSphere is a must
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Immediate available preferably
