Job Duties:

Provide 1st level support working directly with IT groups and/or users
Installation, configuration and maintenance of workstations, peripheral equipment and Windows desktop software

Job Requirement:

F.5 or above
At least 1-2 years' experience in user support
Experience in the use of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and common software applications is an advantage
