• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, printers and scanners

• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems availability
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical helpdesk support across company in person or over the phone, ad-hoc support is required
• Capability of clerical and paper work is necessary
• Able to work independently
• Holder of Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in system and helpdesk support
• Knowledge on virtualization will be an advantage
