The successful candidate will take the responsibility of being a technical support, implementation and customer service activities. The primary responsibilities include:

‧ Providing technical support and maintenance services to clients.
‧ Handling system setup, backup, trouble-shooting and administration of clients.
‧ Strong problem solving skills.
Requirements
‧ Form 6 or above (Candidates with less experience will also be considered).
‧ Good team player, self-motivated, good communication skills and hard-working.
‧ Customer focused attitude and dedicated to problem resolution.
‧ Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese.
