They are hiring an IT officer to contribute to key initiatives, execute projects, UAT Testing, data analyst, provide IT Help Desk and application support. You will play a crucial role in analyzing complex data sets, optimizing statistical efficiency, and developing quality control plans.

• Execute key initiatives and monitor project timelines, including system roll-out plans and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop comprehensive system manuals, procedural documentation, and guidelines.
• Provide top-notch IT Help Desk service to support the department.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets.
• Utilize statistical techniques and research methodologies to optimize data collection, interpretation, and analysis.
• Collaborate with team lead and management to devise quality control plans and strategies for information enhancement.
• Foster collaboration and effective communication with divisions and internal stakeholders for service delivery aligned with best practices, governance, and compliance.

理想的求职者

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Possess 1-3 years working experience in IT Industries including IT Support, Application Support, Data Analyst, IT Project Admin and so on; Fresh graduate is also considerate
• Exhibit the ability to analyze large datasets and produce comprehensive reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Ideally experienced in data preparation and statistical analysis using Python, query languages (e.g., SQL), and MS Access.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in Chinese preferred but not essential.
• Display strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and a drive for achieving results.
