We are looking for a highly dynamic, proactive, and experienced IT professional who excels in project management, execution, and quality assurance, with a solid technical background.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related disciplines, at least 8 years’ relevant work experience in project management, leading, managing and driving IT development, stakeholder and vendor management. Experience in system platforms (i.e., service matching, eLearning) and mobile applications (iOS/Android platform) and development is preferred. Those with good knowledge of Agile methodologies for software development, good sense of visual and graphic presentations, practical knowledge of system design and internet programming languages/tools (e.g., Vue.js, React, CSS 3, HTML 5, PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, WordPress, etc.) will have an advantage. Applicants should also be a good team player with strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
