Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users in a timely manner
• Collaborate with various departments to understand and address their IT needs
• Assists with the installation, configuration and troubleshooting of hardware and software
• Assists with inventory management and maintaining equipment records

Job Requirements

• Major in IT or CS
• Senior student can work full time bases at office preferred
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Knowledge of common office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office365, Microsoft onedrive , Microsoft TEAMS).
